Description:  Progress in science is based on Intellectual disagreement, however using this approach in our working and personal lives will sometimes lead to conflict. In a science community like ours, there are often different sources of and reasons for conflict to arise. Successful collaboration in science and at the workplace is key to professional growth and development. This is why conflict resolution skills are so essential.

What you will get from the 2-day program
- self-awareness and confidence in your own ability to avoid and handle situations that could cause conflicts
- the ability to stay calm and work through a conflict situation in an appropriate manner
- the ability to understand other peoples personal and cultural triggers, while being able to manage and resolve conflict within a team situation
